نقش عکسبرداری هوایی در مدیریت بحران
ویژگی عکسبرداری هوایی در نور کم

چکیده :
دوربينهای هوايي رقومي مانند (UCD & UCXP) UltraCam براي مقاصد عکسبرداری هوایی و تهیه مدل ارتفاعي رقومي[1] ، مدل رقومي زمین[2] ، مدل رقومي سطحي[3] و یا محصولات مشابه و همچنین تهیه نقشه و یا عکس نقشه[4] کاربردهای فراوان دارد. در این روش از عکسبرداری هوایی با استفاده از پردازش تصاویر خام اولیه، توسط نرم افزارهای خاص مانند UltraMap به تصویر واقعی که دارای کیفیت و دقت هندسی مسطحاتي و ارتفاعي مناسب است، دست خواهیم یافت که قابل مقایسه با تصاویر دوربین‌های آنالوگ که بر روی فیلم ثبت و ضبط مي‌شوند، نمی‌باشد. تصاویر دریافتی با استفاده از دوربین‌های رقومی حاوی طیف‌های مختلف رنگی بوده که با توجه به نوع کاربرد آنها حائز اهمیت است . كمترين مزيت نرم‌افزارهای خاص پردازش تصاویر خام، حذف سایه‌های مزاحم جهت تسهیل تفسیر عوارض و یا تبدیل آنها به نقشه می‌باشد. اما آنچه ما را به نگارش این مقاله تالیفی وا داشته است استفاده از دوربین‌های رقومی در شناسایی و کشف موضوعات مختلف در زمان عکسبرداری هوایی، همچنين حذف سایه‌ها و افزایش زمان پرواز (کاهش محدودیت زمانی) با استفاده از تکنیک‌های عکسبرداری هوایی در مدیریت بحران و شرایط مختلف محیطی و زمانی می‌باشد.

سلام
یکی از دوستان CD مقاله رو دستم رسوند. بخشی از کنفرانس که با محوریت مهندسی سازه و زلزله هست رو برای دوستان در لینک زیر آپلود کردم.
مقالات فارسی و انگلیسی جدا هستند.
فرمت CD بسیار جالبه چون هیچ گونه قابلیت جستجو برای مقالات قرار داده نشده. ضمناً حتی نام مقالات قابل کپی کردن نیست. از این جهت کل مقالات که فقط به صورت شماره هستند اپلود شده است.

همانطور که مشاهده می کنید بالغ بر 460 مقاله فقط در مورد زلزله و سازه در این کنفرانس پذیرش شده است. تعداد کل مقالات پذیرفته شده و درون CD با موضوعات مختلف بالغ بر 2800 مقاله می باشد که به نوعی رکورد محسوب می شود.
کیفیت بسیاری از مقالات بسیار پایین و در حد ترجمه ناشیانه و ناقص مقالات خارجی و کیفیت بعضی مقالات واقعاً خوب است. از تعاریف دوستان این گونه بر می آید که واقعاً کنفرانس عجیبی بوده است!!!

This software uses the 32-bit Microsoft Windows operating system (Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT). Additonal system requirements are listed in Appendix C.
This software is available only to owners of the book Geotechnical Engineering: Principles and Practices. It is not freeware, and may not be distributed to others. To install this software, you will need to supply a keyword from the book.
Downloading and Installation Instructions
1. Download the geotechnical analysis software files from the Prentice Hall website by clicking here. Save this self-extracting .zip file to your C: drive.
2. Double clicking on this file will unzip the files and save them to a new folder, "geotechsoft."
2. Using Windows Explorer, open the "geotechsoft" folder and double-click on setup.exe. The setup routine will then decompress the files and place them in a permanent folder on your hard drive. By default, the files are placed in c:\program files\geotechnical analysis software, but you may choose to place them in some other folder. The setup routine also places an item "Geotechnical Analysis Software" under the Start button - Programs.
3. Click on the Windows Start button, then go to Programs and to Geotechnical Analysis Software. This will start the software. Alternatively, you can use Windows Explorer and double click on c:\program files\geotechnical analysis software\geotechnical analysis software.exe.
4. Delete the "geotechsoft" folder created in Step 2.
5. The first time you run the software, you will be asked to input a keyword from the book. This will complete the installation process. Then follow the instructions on the screen to reach the main menu.
Uninstallation Instructions
To remove the geotechnical analysis software from your computer, click on the Windows Start button, then go to Settings and Control Panel. Once the control panel window appears on the screen, select Add/Remove Programs. Select Geotechnical Analysis Software and click on Add/Remove.
